The American Horsewoman’s Challenge is produced by NWNHC Productions. NWNHC has been educating horse owners and enthusiasts for more than 20 years in the Pacific Northwest.

Jim “Hutch” Hutchins
Hutch is co-founder of the Northwest Natural Horsemanship Center (NWNHC), an equestrian education center outside Seattle, Wash. Over the years, Hutch has hosted and promoted clinics and workshops with regionally- and nationally-recognized clinicians; developed equine education programs; and founded the not-for profit NWNHC Family Fund that conducts healing retreats for Warrior Families. He also served as President of the Washington State Horse Park Foundation where he led the effort to raise $3-million in project funding. Before leaving the corporate world for the horse world, Hutch spent 30 years in marketing, advertising, and public relations for major corporations and technology start-ups. He was also on the executive team that launched the the Empire State Games, the first statewide Olympic-style athletic competition in the United States.
