The Event

extreme cowboy race The American Horsewoman’s Challenge is a spotlight to recognize and crown the top female trainers in the United States and Canada. The competition is open to female trainers of any breed or in any discipline. It is a six-month challenge to train a young horse and prove the trainer’s skill and the horse’s talents across a wide spectrum of working, pleasure and equitation classes. The overall champion is crowned once per year at an annual festival and show. The premier Finals event was held in 2014 in Oklahoma. more…
